Periodic Tasks Schedule
We feel that it is necessary to place a high priority on the proper scheduling and implementation of all the periodic tasks in the contract to insure high cleaning standards. We like to schedule all periodic tasks on an annual schedule so that your facilities department staff will know long in advance when each periodic task is scheduled to be performed. This periodic schedule is based upon the requirements as stipulated in the cleaning contract.
We will list in our periodic task schedule the task to be performed, the location of the task, the start date of the task, and the completion date of the task. The completion of each periodic task is inspected and then documented for both your records and ours. |
